Andre Genta Senjaya is not just a sports mental coach—he is a living proof that limitations do not define destiny.
Born and living with Cerebral Palsy, Andre has faced challenges that many people may never fully understand. Yet instead of being defined by his condition, he chose to rise, to grow, and to compete—not against others, but against himself.
His journey led him to become the first sports mental coach in Indonesia with cerebral palsy. But Andre didn’t stop there.
He stepped into the arena.
As an adaptive athlete in HYROX, Andre embodies what he teaches—resilience, grit, and the courage to show up despite fear, pain, and doubt. For him, competition is not about proving others wrong, but about proving to himself that he can keep going.
Through his work at PPOPM Bogor Regency, he walks alongside young athletes, helping them build mental strength and belief. Because Andre knows—true performance starts from the mind.
Driven by love and purpose, he founded Sobat Ciho, a movement that carries a simple yet powerful message: everyone deserves the chance to grow, to compete, and to become their best self—regardless of limitations.
Andre is also a speaker, a researcher, and a strong advocate for youth mental health. But beyond all titles, he is a reminder that:
Strength is not about having a perfect body—
it is about having an unbreakable spirit.
And his life… is the message.
